In the Love Your Liver Tuning, we focus on the liver and tune in to its challenges.  This session offers a gentle liver detox from a whole host of unhealthy exposure.  The liver has been bogged down with unhealthy foods and habits, toxins, and mental and emotional stress.  We perform a gentle cleanse to support the liver in overcoming these difficulties.  We also strengthen it so that it may function more resiliently in our world where it is exposed to pollution, pesticides, and other unhealthy things that cause the liver stress.  So, sit back, breathe, relax, and let the sound and vibration go exactly where it needs to go to support your liver.
