Winter Solstice Tuning

In this tuning, we focus on the feet.  Not only do we step out of an old year and into a new one, but we also shed a layer of our old skin and reveal more of who we really are.  In this session, we clear away whatever is in the way, any static, noise, old stories, or old beliefs.  We identify where we may have been stuck and gently and compassionately let go of the things that have been holding us back in the past.  We bring ourselves into who we have become now to allow this new energy to flow freely.  We open ourselves up to new ideas, new perspectives, and new ways of being.  We step into more of who we really are with confidence, inviting in new opportunities and possibilities.
